Monmouth Community Fund
The Monmouth Community Fund is a way for residents – and those who love Monmouth – to keep wealth in the community and support it forever.
Through a partnership between the Twomey Foundation, Galesburg Community Foundation, and United Way of greater Warren County, every dollar invested will be matched when the fund reaches $70,000. This will not only double the fund’s impact but will jumpstart a plan for long-term stability and perpetual giving in the Monmouth community.
Continued growth of the permanently endowed Monmouth Community Fund ensures that community needs are met today and well into the future. Guided by an advisory board, the fund supports the services and needs of Monmouth. Since the fund will be endowed, the more the fund grows, the more dollars will be available each year to grant into the community.
Galesburg Community Foundation will provide professional investment and administrative management for the Monmouth Community Fund, freeing up advisory board members to focus on donor relations and grant awards. Learn more about community funds.
