Galesburg Community Foundation is proud to announce its service area will now include all of Henderson County. To celebrate this milestone, the Community Foundation has awarded grants to thirteen nonprofit organizations located in or serving Henderson County.
In partnership with the Twomey Foundation and the Cavins Family Foundation Fund, a total of $100,000 was awarded amongst the nonprofit organizations. These funds can be used for any need an organization has, including general operations.
“The addition of Henderson County into our service area marks a significant milestone for us as a foundation. We are grateful for the opportunity to continue working for the betterment of our region and look forward to seeing the impact that working with donors and nonprofits in Henderson County will bring,” Joshua Gibb, Galesburg Community Foundation President & CEO.
