Galesburg Community Foundation Chief Financial Officer, Jennifer (Jenni) Anderson announces her resignation from Galesburg Community Foundation. Jenni will pursue her next professional opportunity as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Midwest Bank working for Chris Gavin’s team. Jenni’s last day with Galesburg Community Foundation is Friday, May 17.
During her time at the Community Foundation Jenni shared her experiences and expertise to help the Community Foundation grow and deepen the impact of our mission throughout Knox and Warren Counties.
As Chief Financial Officer, Jenni strengthened the Community Foundation’s financial processes to ensure that every charitable dollar was efficiently allocated and pursued new opportunities to further the mission to develop and support healthy communities. She was a champion of the Community Foundation’s role with the Project Rebound collaboration and prompted the Foundation’s new work with Mission Impact Investing.
While the Community Foundation is disappointed to share this news, we certainly look forward to continuing our relationship and partnership with Jenni in her new role at Midwest Bank.
